Personnel involved in drone/UAS operations will follow all Battleship NJ safety and security procedures. To pay any fines or penalties imposed by the FAA or other authority related to violations of drone/UAS rules, laws, and regulations.Promptly notify the Battleship NJ of any restrictions, denials, or conditions imposed by the FAA for the proposed flight(s).To maintain adequate insurance coverage as required by the Battleship NJ.List of any safety of operational restrictions that could affect Battleship NJ operations.Contact information that can be used on the day of flight operations to reach the Remote Pilot-in-Command.Flight plan to include the areas where flights will take place, control and piloting locations, safety areas, and other key locations.Copy of insurance coverage for drone and pilots, naming Battleship NJ as additional insured.Copy of FAA registration for all drones expected to fly during the planned operations.Name and legal identification for the drone Remote Pilot-in-Command and any other persons involved with flight operations.Date and times flights will begin and end.Intended use of data (photography, videography).To provide all requested drone documentation and information required by the Battleship NJ, including:.Only fly when safe to do so and in compliance with all legal requirements.To obtain any and all necessary permits, authorizations, and waivers from the FAA, through tool such as FAA Drone Zone and Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC).Follow FAA Rule 107 requirements and guidelines.Confirm current status of flight restrictions through FAA-established resources, such as B4YFly.Only the licensed pilot identified in the request may serve as the Remote Pilot in Charge.Only fly drones legally registered with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).Abide and follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to drone operations.Please contact the Battleship NJ at 85, extension 114, for inquires and requests. As such, use of drones or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) within the waters and land of the Battleship NJ is strictly prohibited unless a request to operate a drone is received ten (10) days prior to date for the flight(s), and approval is issued in writing by the Battleship NJ. The safety, security, and privacy of the visitors, employees, volunteers and other persons at the Battleship NJ Museum and Memorial is a priority.
